The Hot & Creamy Crab Dip is real crowd pleaser that requires just 5 minutes of hands on prep. Each appetizers serves up to 6 people.
Salads
Whether you server these salads as a starter or a side they are both light, fresh and the perfect accompaniment for your Easter feat. This Kale and Brussels Sprout Salad is great alternative to your typical lettuce salad. If you are looking for a heartier salad, the Green Bean & Roasted Fennel Salad is a great option. The fennel and beans can cooked and tossed in the dressing up to a day in advance.
Mains
The Roast Lamb with Chimichurri and the Stuffed Pork Tenderloin are great dishes for feeding a large crowd! The lamb is marinated in a simple lemon & herb garlic mixture, roasted in the oven and served with a vibrant mint chimichurri sauce. Although the pork tenderloin looks fancy, it’s actually easy to make and a great dish to serve when you want to impress.
If you are looking for an alternative lamb dish to serve for Easter, these Braised Lamb Shanks are a great option! They are slow cooked until fall apart tender and smothered in a rich sauce. For the vegan and vegetarians this Lemon Cauliflower Risotto is light, fresh and takes just 30 minute to make.
Side Dishes
When it comes to easy oven roasted veggies, both these Roasted Radishes and Roasted Carrot are great side dishes for an Easter feast. The Roasted Radishes are a low carb alternative to roast potatoes and develop a creamy texture when cooked in the oven. The roasted Carrots are smothered in a spiced honey butter garlic sauce and roasted until tender and caramelized around the edges.
If you are looking for a comforting rich side dish this Caramelized Leek, Onion & Fennel Gratin is hits the mark! The onion, leeks and fennel are cooked until caramelized and tender and smothered in a rich vegan cream sauce. These Bacon Wrapped Green Beans are a fun spin on one of my favourite side dish combinations, bacon and green beans. They look fancy but are incredibly easy to prepare and perfect for your Easter Dinner.
Desserts
To finish off your Easter feast these 2 individual portion desserts are light, fresh and packed with zesty lemon flavour. The Lemon & Mixed Berry Cupcakes have a moist lemon base, with chunks of berries and are topped with a fluffy pink strawberry icing. The muffins and icing can both be made 3 days in advance, stored separately in the fridge and assembled before serving. These mini Mini Tarts with Lemon Curd have an almond flour shell, are filled with a bright lemon curd and topped with fresh berries.
Looking for an impressive way to end your Paleo Easter Dinner feast? Each of these 2 layer cakes is decadent, flavourful, and showstoppers! This Carrot Cake is a quintessential Easter dessert. It is super moist and packed with grated carrot, walnuts, raisins and coconut. The Lemon Layered Cake with Strawberry Filling and Ombre Icing is deliciously moist with a bold kick of lemon flavour and icing is make from coconut whip. You can make either of these cake and the frosting up to a day in advance and assemble before serving.
