Horseradish Sauce Recipe
This creamy horseradish sauce will quickly become your favorite condiment. It's the perfect accompaniment to serve with roast beef, pork, chicken, fish or lamb and it's bold flavor really elevates any meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir together all of the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust the flavors by adding more lemon juice, salt, horseradish etc as needed
- I like to transfer the sauce to the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, but if you are short on time you can serve it right away and it will still be absolutely delicious.
