Ingredients
1-2Pear
4ozGorgonzola, stilton or cambozola
7-8slicesProsciutto
1/2cupArugula
Balsamic Glazeoptional
Instructions
Slice each pear into eighths and remove the core. Cut each slice of prosciutto in half lengthwise so that you have two long strips per slice and finally cut the gorzonola into thin slices.
On each piece of prosciutto place a pear slice, a small piece of the cheese ontop of the pear and finally and a few arugula leaves.
Assemble by wrapping the prosciutto around the pear/cheese and arugula. Insert a toothpick if necessary to keep the parcels together. Arrange on a plate and repeat with the remaining pieces. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
